We will need to collect a $200.00 deposit to reserve your Adventure date and time.This $200.00 deposit is refundable due to bad weather and/or if the cancellation is made by customer prior to 7 days of charter date. We (ShrimpCharter.com) reserve the right to cancel due to bad weather or any other problems that may arise such as vessel or equipment problems. On the day of the charter, the Captain will use his discretion on making the calls and refunds will be issued if problems arise. All other cancellations forfeit the $200.00 deposit unless stated in this agreement.
Our Charters are private charters only and no one else will be booked on the date and time that you select. So, please contact us if you plan on canceling your trip within the 7-day time frame from the date of your charter.
